These rental terms apply when owners post rental listings and renters connect through Full Throttle Trader. Keep the paperwork clean, inspect before you ride, and make the rental deal directly with the other party.

FTT Is Not the Rental Company
Rental listings are posted by independent owners. FTT does not own, store, inspect, insure, deliver, or operate any rental item and is not a party to any rental agreement.
Listing Fees Are Not Deposits
The rental listing fee only publishes or promotes the listing. It is not a security deposit, booking, insurance, or rental payment, and FTT holds no rental money. Listing fees are non-refundable once approved.
Money Between Owner & Renter
Deposits, rental payments, damage charges, late fees, and refunds are handled directly between owner and renter. FTT does not process, hold, or referee that money.
Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for confirming legal ownership or authority to rent, maintaining condition and safety, carrying any needed insurance, setting their own rental and deposit terms, and putting a written rental agreement in front of the renter.
Renter Responsibilities
Renters are responsible for inspecting before they ride, confirming the item, terms, deposit, and return conditions with the owner before paying, operating safely, and returning the item on time and in the agreed condition.
Assumption of Risk & Release
Off-road and powersports activity is inherently dangerous and can cause injury, death, or property damage. Owners and renters accept those risks and release Full Throttle Trader from any liability for injury, death, damage, or loss arising from any rental. FTT's role is limited to hosting the listing.
Insurance
FTT provides no insurance of any kind. Insurance and damage are entirely between owner and renter.
Fraud & Abuse
Fake rentals, stolen equipment, deposit scams, or payment fraud may be reported to law enforcement. Reporting is at our discretion and does not create any duty to monitor, screen, or verify listings or users. Records may be provided on lawful request.
These Terms Work With Our Main Terms
The Terms of Service, including As-Is, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration, and Governing Law, also apply to rentals. The Orange County, California arbitration and venue terms apply only to disputes with FTT; owner-renter disputes are solely between those users and must be worked out directly between them.
