Who We Are
Full Throttle Trader is an off-road marketplace operated by Full Throttle Trader, a California corporation, located at 1048 Irvine Ave, #161, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Contact: [email protected].
What We Collect
When you create an account, submit a listing, or use the marketplace, we may collect account information such as your name, display name, email address, and phone number; listing content such as details, photos, and media; messages sent through the site; payment references and card metadata such as brand and last four digits, but never your full card number or CVC; and automatic data such as IP address, device and browser information, usage data, and cookies.
Listing photos and media are stored only to display your listing and are handled under the content license in our Terms of Service. You must only upload authentic images you have the right to use.
How We Use It
We use your information to run accounts, publish and moderate listings, process listing payments, send account and listing notices, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the marketplace.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not build a separate ad profile from your activity.

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, including running your account and listings; for legitimate interests, including security, fraud prevention, and improving the site; to comply with legal obligations; and, for analytics cookies, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Essential cookies for login, session, security, and preferences are always on. Analytics cookies are used only with consent. Visitors are asked to consent before any analytics cookies are set, and may decline; the site still works. See the cookie banner and our cookie controls.
How We Share
We share information only as needed with service providers in generic categories such as payment processing, cloud hosting/storage, email delivery, analytics, and security/fraud-prevention. Each provider processes only what is needed to perform its service for FTT.
We may also share information for legal compliance, including laws, court orders, subpoenas, and fraud or law-enforcement requests, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale. We do not sell your data.
Data Retention
We keep account, listing, moderation, and transaction records for up to 2 years unless longer retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, or dispute handling.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have the right to know what we collect, access personal information, delete personal information, correct personal information, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers; account and contact information; commercial information such as listing purchases and payment references; internet or device activity; approximate location derived from IP address or listing location; user-generated content; and communications with FTT or other users.

Your UK/EU Rights (GDPR)
UK and EU visitors may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the ICO in the UK.

International Visitors / Transfers
FTT is operated from the United States. If you access FTT from the UK, EEA, or another region, your personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, FTT relies on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, adequacy regulations, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Children's Privacy
FTT is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete it if discovered.
